BlackBerry Bold 9000 Smartphone Pros & Cons
After receiving my new Blackberry Bold yesterday, I’ve takes my time trying out its features. So far, my experience says that it is the best phone I have experienced.
Positive features, Advantages:
1) The radio holds onto a 3g signal quite well,
2) Voice dialing works very well.
3) Very loud speaker for music playback with surprising quality.
4) The media manager is straightforward and solid. I just popped in my previous 8gb microSD and it found all my .wma files without prompting.
5) The screen responds to ambient light by becoming brighter when it’s bright, and dimmer with backlit keyboad in low light.
6) Instantly Paired with my BT stereo headphones. Found my home wifi network and logged on much easier than Vista.
7) The new blackberry versions of Gmail and google maps are amazing. Maps provides fast and accurate gps location, and even includes streetview! Yahoo Go (my other main ap) however, does not yet support the Bold.
The Battery life is much better than the other 3G phones.
9) When you plug it for charging, it automatically switches to clock display mode, where you easily set the alarm, You can also set it from here to bedside mode, which permanently displays the clock super dim, and turns off annoying notification.
Why Buy Blackberry Bold 9000 instead of iphone?
There are three main reason why the blackberry bold 9000 is better than the apply iphone 3g
1) Its Keyboard, no spelling mistakes like the iphone and no cut and paste.
2) No Push email service in iphone.
3) The iphone does not have a video camera.
Conclusion, Final Review of BlackBerry Bold 9000 Smartphone:
There are some features that might are good in iphone like the iphone’s browser but when you compare them both for all the features the blackberry take the numbers.
So all in all, I’d say this blackberry is the best Blackberry ever. If you’re used to using a blackberry the upgrade is a no brainier. The Best device so far for an e-mail in the market at the moment. If you’re a personal user and have no interest in e-mail or tactile buttons I think the iPhone might still be the way to go, but if you actually need to use your phone for business the Blackberry is still the king of all.

The 9000 arrived in a well wrapped package that contained an even better well-wrapped package. No fancy BlackBerry box, but inside were the goods that mattered.
