The Pros / Positive features / Advantages:

1. Easy mail set-up
2. GREAT speak phone, clear voice and sound; can be considered as a best
3. Average battery life. If it’s used heavily, it’ll last your work day…if used lightly (no video and internet) it’ll last a full day.
4. includes 8GB Micro SD card that is upgradable to 16GB.
5. speakerphone on any cellphone or a smartphone as it reduces the background noise.
6. A lot of third party applications, if you own a Storm, or want to know what they are, this site seem to list the best (Free GPS, radio, etc.)
7. Turn any song into a ringtone or you can just copy your mp3′s into the ringtone folder.
8. Screen is user friendly, it has easy, big buttons to put it on speakerphone, mute, and add an additional caller.
9. Browser works very well, and I haven’t had an issue with any web page clicking through. If a page isn’t work correctly with the click of the phone, there is an option to click on a button that gives you a mouse cursor.
10. The screen is very large & absolutely brilliant, vibrant, bright, etc

The cons / Negative features / Disadvantages:

1. Slow rebooting time, over 5 minutes.
2. Sometimes stuck and freeze for no reason especially while receiving incoming call.
3. No Wi-Fi
4. It processing is slow. It can take 1-2 seconds to switch between screens. This may not be a lot of time, but it can get frustrate some people.
5. The portrait “Answer” button and the Landscape “Ignore” button overlaps sometimes, so if you are picking up the phone and turning it, you may accidentally hit ignore to a call you meant to accept, or vice versa.
6. The media player is difficult to navigate and takes excessive amount of time (4-6 Sec) to go from song to song. Also, quite frequently, it does not carry on the volume you listened to the previous song onto the next one.
7. The Click screen not really useful, as you need to press harder for letters or characters around the edges or corners of the screen.
8. Blackberry email does not accept my pop3 account because my pop3 uses 2 different servers for outgoing and incoming, so I can not access my business emails.
9. For the hotmail emails i need to wait for the email to be pushed usually 15-20 minutes late, there should be some option like send/receive like outlook express.

Over all conclusion / Review:

Over all it’s a good phone however not as a business phone use. Too slow, and freezes too often. Excellent email capabilities, like other blackberry’s. Fun phone with a lot of easy to download third party applications, if you are a normal user of a phone then it can be a good phone for you.
