Nikon Coolpix S620 is newly introduced camera and while both cameras are available in market with the difference of $20-$40 USD. while the difference is not that much and comparison of both cameras make it clear that Nikon Coolpix is S620 is better ass it has higher ISO, Motion detection and little lighter.
Nikon Coolpix Megapixels are higher than the S610 digital camera however it does not make big difference (See the note below). Only the S620 camera LCD is little smaller than the S610 camera that is not that big difference and smaller LCD consumes lesser power and last long and still 2.7" is bigger than the standard 2.5" LCD screen.
Note: Higher Megapixels are always heavily advertised however you must now that megapixels are not the only basis on which you select a camera as the megapixels
only increase the size of your image, it does not have to do anything with the detail and quality of the picture.

I will prefer S620 because it has higher MP and its newer model and the LCD is little smaller but it will indeed save more battery so its better

More megapixels and ISO hehehe … you will never need the 10 Megapixels untill you want ur memory card to eat all the space
and higher ISO .. only needed to blur your picture .. you may not need to higher ISO in many situations … mostly u will need lower ISO so that you can take picture without NOISE
