1. Available on same prices canon has just announced new high end advance digital camera in G series that is G11, previously canon was selling G9 then they introduced G10 and now G11.
2. The Megapixels has been reduced in new version seems like they are also getting idea that such high resolution is not needed. 10Mp is also more than enough
3. A new ISO has been added to canon G11 that is 3200 that helps in taking pictures in low light however using such a high ISO may cause picture to by grainy. the highest ISO I recommend to use in low light is 1600 more than that will be more that need.
4. Almost same size same weight, if you are getting a used canon G10 on lesser price than go for it as there is not much difference but if you are planning to buy a new one then G11 will be best for you as its a new edition.
